Agreement
By using Penned, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we do
Penned lets you write a letter online, which we print and mail as a physical letter to a recipient within the United States. We currently do not deliver outside the United States.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for your letter's content and confirm you have the right to send it. You may not use Penned for threats, harassment, repeated unwanted contact, impersonation, fraud, illegal content, hate or targeted abuse, or to contact someone who has asked you not to. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these rules. Report abuse to admin@penned-letters.com.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown before checkout and include printing and postage. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and is required before we produce your letter.
Refunds & delivery
Because letters are printed and mailed shortly after ordering, orders generally cannot be changed once processing has begun. We typically print within 1–2 business days; delivery then takes about 3–5 business days by USPS First-Class (weekends excluded). These are estimates, not guarantees. We aren't responsible for issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.
Limitation
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
